Kipos-SS Residences is located in the village of Dassia, on the island of Corfu, 200m away from the beach. This modernly equipped facility offers comfort and a warm atmosphere, with a special emphasis on details. The surroundings are ideal for relaxation and enjoying the beautifully landscaped garden, which provides peace and privacy, creating a perfect setting for your vacation.
There are four accommodation units available:
One studio is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a bathroom and a kitchen area with a double bed and two single sofas.
Two triple studios are also located on the ground floor and consist of a bathroom and a kitchen area with a double bed and a sofa for one person.
The apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, while the third bedroom has two single beds.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, all units include a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two burners in the studios or four burners in the apartment, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartment also has a large oven, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
From the veranda or balcony, equipped with a seating area, guests can enjoy the view of the garden where they can spend pleasant moments preparing barbecues with family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation at no extra charge.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done daily, while the change of bed linen is done every fourth day, and the change of towels every second day.
Private parking is provided in front of the accommodation.
Kipos-SS Residences is 2km away from Ipsos, 23km away from Kassiopi, 11km away from the port, and 15km away from the airport.
