The quadruple rooms on the first floor consist of a double bed, two single beds, a kitchenette (in one room), and a bathroom with a shower. The balconies provide views of the sea and the street.

Guests have access to WiFi, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, a standard refrigerator, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with two burners, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker (in triple, quadruple, and double rooms). Upon request, a baby cot is available.

Cleaning is done daily, while towels and linens are changed every three days.
