Diogenis Studios is a brand new and extremely neat accommodation on the main road, near the port in Porto Koufo, where a few taverns and stores are to be found. The beach is located approximately 350 m away, while the nearest shop is about 150 m away.
The accommodation offers double, triple and quadruple studios, as well as triple and quadruple apartments.
The double studio is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults. It is equipped with a double bed.
The triple studio is intended for a maximum of two adults and one child. It is located on the first floor and is equipped with a double bed and a sofa for one child.
The quadruple studios are suitable for a maximum of two adults and two children. They are maisonettes spread over two levels. The lower level, located on the same level as the first floor, consists of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper level, located on the same level as the second floor, features an open gallery. The lower level has a double bed, while the open gallery has either two single beds or a sofa for two people.
The triple apartments are located on the ground or first floor and are intended for a maximum of two adults and one child up to 17 years old. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
The quadruple apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room is equipped with a sofa for two people.
A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a two- or three-burner hob, kettle and coffee maker. The apartments and some of the quadruple studios have a large refrigerator with a freezer, while the other units are equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The quadruple apartment also has a washing machine, safe, toaster and a four-burner cooker with a large oven.
Cleaning is carried out every four days, while towels and bed linen are changed halfway through the stay for reservations longer than five nights. Additional cleaning is also available at an extra charge.
The small yard has plenty of toys for children, while guests can also use a built-in barbecue with outdoor seating, ideal for socializing. A designated parking area is located in front of the yard and can accommodate four vehicles at an additional charge. Free parking, exclusively for guests of this accommodation and subject to availability, is located 100 m from the property.
Driving from the direction of Toroni, at about 30m before turning to Porto Koufo, you will see this accommodation on the right-hand side of the main road.
Due to the fenced yard with lots of toys, Diogenis Studios can be a good choice for families with small children.
