Alexis Villas is a quality accommodation, decorated in a traditional style. The accommodation is located in a quiet location and the accommodation units are very authentic and different from the others, primarily because of the stone from which they were built, freshness in the maisonettes, but also a large number of details that are handmade by the villa owner.
Alexis Villas are located in Skala Panagia, known as Golden Beach, on a hill to the left of the incoming road. A sandy beach is 300 meters away. The street that leads from them to the road is wide enough and under a slight slope, so it can be said that they are easily accessible by car and on foot, as can be seen in the attached photos. The first market is located 200m from the accommodation.
It is a complex of three one-storey villas, with a courtyard with a built barbecue and parking on an ground extension in front. In the first villa there are three maisonettes, in the second also three maisonettes, and in the third one one maisonette. The maisonettes are identical, on two levels, with a separate entrance from the yard. They consist of kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom on the gallery and terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishes and a cooker and separated by a wall with arches from the living room. The bathroom is new and extremely clean, spacious, with a large bathtub and a separate window. In the living room there is a sofa with a drawer bed for two, a fireplace, a television, a mini-line with speakers, an exit to the terrace and wooden stairs leading to the gallery. The gallery has two twin beds.
The maisonettes (50m2) are air-conditioned, have a TV, a mini-line with speakers, a safe and wireless internet. The stay in them is pleasant, since the villas are made of stone, which gives freshness, and it is easy to make airflow because the entrance is on one side and the door to the terrace on the other. The terraces are spacious with a wooden table and chairs, mostly covered with vines.
Cleaning, towel and bedding replacements are done every 3-4 days.
The courtyard is tiled and nicely decorated, not so spacious.
The accommodation has private parking.
In the center of the town, on the left along the incoming road, you will see a supermarket Macedonia, a few tens of meters after it turns left onto the street and fifty meters later you reach the Alexis villas. You will easily recognize them because they are authentic, built of brownstone, with wooden terraces, doors, windows, and blinds, tucked into the greenery.
