By the sea, in a peaceful and secluded part of Nikiti, lies the accommodation of Porto Almira Apartments. Privacy, private parking, proximity to the beach, always warm water, a fenced yard with seating sets, and tastefully decorated interiors of the accommodation units are just some of the advantages that this accommodation offers to its guests. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided on the beach, which usually has no other visitors except the guests of this accommodation.
Porto Almira Apartments are located in the first row to the sea, and from the nearest Smile market at the beginning of the promenade zone and the center of Nikiti, it is about 1200m away. At about 800m from the accommodation, in Egialou Street, there is a small store, but it is not as well-stocked as Smile, you can purchase some smaller items there, such as water, snacks, etc.
The accommodation offers five units in the main building: one triple apartment on the first floor, a triple apartment on the ground floor, a quadruple apartment with two bedrooms on the first floor, and two quadruple apartments on the ground floor. The triple apartment on the first floor and the quadruple apartment with two bedrooms are located opposite each other. Next to this house, there is a ground floor house (Beachfront House), i.e., an apartment with two bedrooms, and one double room (Beachfront Room).
The triple apartment on the first floor has a beautiful direct sea view and can accommodate two adults and a child up to 10 years old. The apartment has a shower cabin with a curtain, the kitchen has a stove and a fridge with a freezer compartment, and upon request, guests can receive a TV, but we must emphasize that this would limit comfort. This apartment has one double and one single bed.
The quadruple apartment with two bedrooms has all kitchen elements, a stove, a large fridge with a freezer, necessary dishes, and kitchen equipment. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a corner sofa where one adult can sleep, but it is more suitable for a child. Each room has access to the terrace. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The apartment has a direct sea view, slightly obscured by trees. Only this apartment has a TV with satellite channels, and it also has an internet router, providing a stronger signal than in other apartments.
The triple apartment on the ground floor has a double bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a sofa for one person. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with two burners and a fridge with a freezer compartment, and the bathroom has a shower cabin. The veranda of this apartment is partially passable.
The quadruple apartments on the ground floor have two folding armchairs and two single beds (one is pulled out like a drawer and used as a separate bed). The kitchen is slightly larger than in the triple apartment.
All apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets, a clothes dryer, and a terrace, while the ground floor units have a passable veranda.
The Beachfront House (65m2) has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to five people. One bedroom has two single beds, the other has a double bed, and the kitchen has a sofa for one person. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove with an oven and a large fridge with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The entrance to the bathroom is from the kitchen. In front of the apartment, there is a private seating area with a view of the yard and the sea.
The double room is located right next to the Beachfront House, has a double bed, no kitchen, only a small fridge, and the bathroom has a shower cabin.
Bed linen and towels are changed mid-stay, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartments themselves.
The yard is safe for children because it is fenced, landscaped, and has a grassy area. Guests have access to a private parking lot with five parking spaces. The owners have provided a total of ten sunbeds (a pair for each accommodation unit) and five umbrellas on the private beach for guests.
At the entrance to Nikiti, at the traffic lights, turn right into Neakitou Street and continue straight to the beach. Before going out onto the promenade and the beach, turn right into the first street and continue straight (pass by Marina Hotel) on Egialou Street (partly unpaved, about 500m the last meters) for about 1km until you reach Porto Almira Apartments. If you get confused, right next to this accommodation is Mina’s House, so the helpful owners will surely direct you to the right place.
Among numerous advantages, the accommodation also has one disadvantage. According to guests’ previous experiences, the Wi-Fi internet is not stable, except in the duplex apartment, so you should keep that in mind if this accommodation is your favorite and you need strong internet for work.
