Toutounis House is a newly and beautifully decorated accommodation, providing guests with a sense of peace and relaxation in the true sense of the word, as it is located in a traditional Greek village. This property also offers a dose of privacy, as you would be the only guests, since it is an independent house with private parking.

Toutounis House is situated in a small village called Mikro Kazaviti, about 7km away from the beach.

It offers a two-level house (106m2) that can accommodate six people. The house is built in a cascading manner, so on the ground floor, facing the sea, there is an entrance to the living room, where two sofas are located, allowing two people to sleep. The living room also includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for a peaceful and pleasant vacation, such as a large refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee machine, and stove. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed.

The accommodation unit is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, mosquito nets, WiFi, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. A crib is also available upon request. Guests can park their vehicle within the courtyard. A barbecue is also available for use.

Cleaning and towel replacement are done every third day.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
