Cathrine’s Apartment is located in the quiet and authentic village of Mola Kaliva, ideal for those looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a true holiday. The village exudes traditional Greek charm, with a relaxed atmosphere and a slow pace of life. The accommodation is tidy, functional, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It provides guests with comfort and all the necessary amenities to feel at home. On the village’s shoreline, about 150 meters from the apartment, there is a beach with fine pebbles; in the water, the first few meters are flat rock, followed by sand and shallow waters. The water is clean, the sea calm, and the natural shade makes this beach an excellent choice for a peaceful holiday as well as a starting point for exploring the entire peninsula.

The apartment, with two bedrooms and a maisonette layout, spans two levels and can accommodate up to four adults. Since it is a cascading structure, access is on the level of the first floor via external stairs, then internal stairs lead down to the ground floor. On the upper level, at the first-floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen, while on the lower level there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a sofa bed for two people. Although it is on the same level as the other bedroom, due to the specific construction of the building on sloping terrain, it gives the impression that one bedroom is in a semi-basement.

Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

On the ground floor there is a veranda, and on the first floor a balcony, both furnished with seating sets where guests can relax. There is also a landscaped yard with seating furniture.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
