Mavrogiannis Villa is an affordable and quality accommodation in a very quiet location in Potos.
The house is located about 400-500m from the central intersection (and souvenir shops, shops, restaurants and promenades) and about 500-600m from the city beach. It’s in a quiet area, surrounded mostly by private houses.
This is a renovated accommodation with four studios on the first floor and a garage on the ground floor. The studios are comfortable (two are 30m2 each, while the other two are 26m2 each), they have spacious bathrooms and a bit narrower terraces. They contain one double and a single bed or three single beds. If necessary, in some of the studios an extra bed can be added. They are equipped with new furniture, nothing luxurious, just decent and neat. Two studios have a view of the street, and the other two to the courtyard and surrounding houses. The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV and an equipped kitchen with a medium-sized fridge.
Guests have access to a portable barbecue and private parking space.
The landlady is cleaning on regular basis and replacing bed linen and towels after five days.
From the main intersection in Potos (from Limenaria direction) turn left into the street leading to Theologos, then into the first street to the left and then into the third to the right. About 30m later you will see Mavrogiannis Anastasios Studios on the left.
Mavrogiannis Anastasios Studios is recommended to families who’d like to stay a bit off the center, crowd and traffic, yet close enough to reach all the contents within a 5-minute walk.

The accommodation is excellent and very comfortable for a studio, featuring a spacious bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. Maria is incredibly kind. All praises and warm recommendations.
