The Anastasios apartments are situated on a tranquil street, away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a 5-10 minute leisurely walk to the store, tavern, and the town beach. Parking was provided, which is a significant advantage for us. We stayed in a spacious three-bed studio that was exceptionally clean and tidy. It is evident that the hosts pay attention to every detail and invest in their accommodation. We never lacked even the basic necessities such as toilet paper, dish detergent, soap, and they even provided us with garbage bags. Linen replacement occurred halfway through our stay. The terrace may be a bit narrow, but it is quite long, and it did not bother us at all. What I would particularly highlight is the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. They truly made us feel at home. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely return! A warm recommendation to anyone seeking a peaceful yet conveniently located apartment in Thassos.

The accommodation is exceptionally clean. It is safe. The beds are comfortable. The room and bathroom we stayed in were spacious. The street is quiet, and access to the apartment is easy. The apartments are new, with new air conditioning units. Parking is provided for all vehicles and is very secure. The hosts are extremely friendly; whatever you need, they are there to help, whether something is missing from the kitchenware, an iron, or a hairdryer. If it is important for you to get a good night's sleep, have a parking space, and enjoy your time in Thassos, I highly recommend it.

Throughout the day and night, there is complete silence and peace, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy. The hosts are friendly, and there is no need to call upon them as everything is as described, with ample amenities provided.

The stunning, warm sea, beautiful beaches, and an abundance of greenery have once again brought us back to this wonderful island. For the first time, and I hope not the last, we stayed in the Anastasios studio, for which I have nothing but praise. A lovely, kind, and cheerful lady named Maria welcomed us. The hosts speak English, so we had no communication issues. The studio is comfortable, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. It is situated in an ideal and perfectly tranquil location, just a few minutes' leisurely walk from the center, markets, shops, taverns, and the town beach. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the warm and accommodating hosts, dear Maria and her husband, Father Nikolaus.

This is our third time vacationing in this studio. This alone speaks volumes about the quality of the hosts and the accommodation. The studio is spacious enough for a family of four, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and even if something is missing, the hosts will kindly assist you and provide everything you need. Hygiene is maintained at a high level, with bed linens changed every 4-5 days, and the studio is also cleaned within the same interval. The location is excellent, as the studio is just a 5-minute walk from the center and the city beach, situated in a quiet part of Potos, yet close to all shops, bakeries, etc. Highly recommended for this accommodation and the friendly hosts to whom we always return.

Why would anyone choose to stay at a place located 500 meters from the beach? For me, the tranquility (peaceful sleep), absence of traffic, ample parking space, and neighbors who speak English and Serbian are compelling reasons. I don’t mind a bit of walking. However, I wouldn’t return solely for that. A warm-hearted and courteous family with genuine smiles is there to assist you and to reassure you that you made the right choice. They will go the extra mile if you need assistance. A modern family that enjoys joking around is available when needed but mostly stays out of the spotlight. The rooms are exceptionally clean (our room had a view of the sea as well as the hills), with a large terrace and spacious interiors. They do not skimp on fresh towels, toilet paper, or making your room sparkling clean just a few days after your arrival. The beds are comfortable, and you wouldn't believe how fast their Wi-Fi is (perfect for work and streaming). Yet, there was something that you cannot glean from the studio description: the feeling that everything will be alright. If you arrive with a problem, Nikos and Maria will assist you or find someone from Potos who surely will. We were towing a boat, and Nikos arranged parking for the trailer. Not a single day passed without Father Nikos (who is a priest in Potos) stopping by to say hello, even when he was in his car. Studio Mavrogiannis is an appealing option if you have small children or simply wish to romantically retreat from the world. This place made us feel relaxed and at peace. We were their guests for three weeks.

An excellent accommodation! A comfortable studio located in a tranquil area, yet close to the center. Although the place is small, nothing is far away. The room is cleaned every other day, and the bedding and towels are changed every three days. Hygiene is of a high standard, and there is excellent wi-fi and free parking (a very important aspect, as parking in Potos is quite a challenge). The landlady, Maria, is extremely kind and accommodating, speaking German better than English, and we received a little gift upon departure. There are plenty of towels, dishcloths, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, toilet paper, soaps, and small shampoos, as well as cutlery and dishes for four people. It is better equipped than most apartments we have stayed in during our vacations so far.

First, we would like to express our gratitude to Nikana for her assistance with the accommodation, prompt responses, and helpfulness during the booking and payment process. We stayed in two apartments, one for 3 people and another for 2. The accommodation comes highly recommended. It is exactly as depicted in the photos. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary, including dishes, mosquito nets, and air conditioning, which is included in the price, as well as furniture. There is no need to elaborate on the cleanliness of the apartments; everything is impeccably tidy and spotless. Bed linens and towels are changed midway through the stay, and the apartment is cleaned again. The location of the accommodation is excellent, just a few minutes from the central part of the beach, and close to a bakery and supermarket. An additional advantage is that the lower part of the house is still unfinished, serving as a parking space, like a garage. The hosts are exceptionally kind people. Although they do not speak English, we managed to communicate with them using a bit of Greek and German. We also purchased oil and honey from them, which are excellent. Upon our departure, they treated us to a cake and gifted us ouzo and 1 kg of honey. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone and will certainly return ourselves.

The accommodation is good, approximately what you can expect in such a place. It is close to the beach, yet sheltered from the street, and the traffic from the main road is inaudible. We did not cook, so we did not lack dishes.

We stayed from June 30 to July 10, 2017. I wholeheartedly recommend everything, from the owners to the accommodation. The lodging was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We can only speak highly of the owners; they are wonderful people who are always willing to assist with anything needed. We have just returned from the sea, filled with positive impressions, especially regarding the accommodation! Everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. The room (a double studio) was comfortable, cozy, and, most importantly, very clean. All praise goes to the owners! They were wonderful, kind, and always at our service! The only drawback is that they do not speak English, but you can communicate in German, and if you don’t know German, their son-in-law and granddaughter, who speak English, will come to your aid. So that is not a problem at all. What we particularly liked was that the accommodation is just a five-minute walk from the main street, yet sufficiently secluded from noise and crowds. Additionally, there is parking available (in a covered garage), mosquito nets, and air conditioning, the use of which is included in the price. All praise for the accommodation, truly, I would recommend it to everyone!!!

In early September 2016, I was on vacation with my wife and two children at the aforementioned accommodation, during a time when wildfires raged around Potos. At no point did we feel endangered. We owe our gratitude primarily to the Mavrogianis family for this. Their warmth, attentiveness, and care to ensure we felt at home left a lasting impression on us, for which we are truly thankful. This was one of the most beautiful vacations we have ever had, despite the initially poor weather and the wildfires. Everything is exactly as described in the offer; the apartments are decent, clean, and tidy. The accommodation comes highly recommended. As for Katarina and Anastasios, the owners, and their family, I wouldn't waste more words, but I would recommend to anyone wishing to vacation in Potos to see for themselves.

It is not far from the center for anyone willing to walk 5 minutes, yet it is distanced from the noise. As for drawbacks, I would only mention the somewhat challenging communication with the owners, as despite their truly exceptional kindness, they do not speak English, only Greek, and the host speaks a bit of German, but this is not an issue since with a little effort, communication can be successful. In any case, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The owners of the house are truly warm-hearted and hospitable individuals. Regarding the accommodation, the apartment is comfortable with cozy beds, exceptionally clean and decent, equipped with all necessary furniture elements, a spacious bathroom, a narrow terrace, and mandatory mosquito nets. The location is ideal for relaxation, close to the center and the beach, yet away from noise and commotion. It is a perfect strategic position for exploring the surrounding, numerous beaches. There is ample parking space around the house. The owner, Katarina, is a very meticulous woman who pays attention to every detail. The bedding is changed every five days, along with the towels, and the studio is cleaned while you are at the beach. The hallway and staircase are impeccably clean and fragrant. All studios are located on the upper floor of the house, while the ground floor is unfinished and can be used for parking. The accommodation deserves every praise and recommendation.
