Nea Kalikratia Sea View Apartment, located about 150m from the city beach in a quiet part of Nea Kalikratia. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building, two bedroom 46m2 with two bedrooms, separate kitchen, bathroom and terrace that extends along the entire apartment. The apartment is quite bright, all rooms open onto a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, Olympus and the sunset. It is completely renovated, with new furniture. The building has a yard where there is a barbecue. Parking in the yard of the building is allowed for users of apartment services.
In one bedroom there is a double bed 160x200cm with the possibility of adding a cot (on request)
In the second bedroom there is 1 bunk bed and another single bed. All three beds have standard dimensions of 90x200cm.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price and are changed every 5 days.
The nearest market, Masoutis, is located 200m (3 minutes' walk) from the apartment.AMENITIES:

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 2 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
