Owner description
PiPolis Apartment (50m2, or 58m2 with terrace) in Nea Potidea is a three bedroom apartment in a complex located on the beach. The apartment is oriented to the southwest with a view of the nearby pine forest. It consists of two bedrooms and one comfortable living room with kitchen and dining area. It is suitable for 4 to 6 people, depending on age. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed, while bedroom 2 contains a double bed with a single bunk bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for additional accommodation.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI and WLAN network, satellite TV with over 100 world and ex-YU channels, baby chair, bed linen, hair dryer and electric water heater. The kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation and contains a refrigerator, stove with oven, induction hob, aspirator. All the mentioned benefits are included in the price.
Guests maintain the hygiene of the apartment during their stay and bring their own towels. Bed linen is not changed during the 10 night stay.
Parking is always available in the public area in front of the building.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Zanima nas termin u periodu od 24.maja do 31.maja. - Troje odraslih i dva deteta od pet meseci i dve godine. Da li je moguce obezbediti krevetac za bebu i stolicu za hranjenje i da li je kuhinja opremljena kao i da mi pojasnite proceduru placanja depozita i cele rezervacije. Hvala
