Our description
Toroneon Studios is located near the beach and the center of Kalithea. It has 13 studios - eight have sea view. As soon as you enter into the accommodation you will find a very pleasant atmosphere in the lobby and kind owners.
It is about 200m away from the beach and to the beach the road goes downhill (and back uphill), as well as most of the accommodation in Kalitea. It is about 100 meters from the market and bakery. The center is 150m away.
Studios are double, triple and quadruple. The double studios have one double bed and the triple studios have one double bed and a single bed. There is no possibility to add an extra beds. Quadruple studios have or two double beds or one double and one single.
All studios are air-conditioned, they have internet access, a TV, a safe and mosquito nets. The terraces are with or without sea views, and the one on first floor are more spacious than the ones on the second floor. Hair dryer available upon request.
The accommodation has a high ground floor which the owners designate as the first floor (because it is quite high) and the second floor.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and linen are done every three days.
Private parking is not provided, so guests park in immediate proximity.
If you want decent accommodation, in a good location, close to the beautiful beach in Kallithea, Toroneon Studios can be a great choice for you.

Our hotel Toroneon has rooms with a fully equipped kitchen with necessary pots and a fridge, TV, A/C, bathroom and balcony with stunning view towards the sea.
Our Studio Hotel Toroneon is located in Kallithea, just 150 meters away from the beach, and our guests have easy and convenient access to any services, nightclubs, parking and archaeological site of the area. Toroneon Studios is a family business providing for years the best of services into hospitality. We hope to choose us for your summer vacations and have an unforgettable experience in Greece.
Our studio Hotel has available rooms for two, three and four people. Each room has a kitchen equipped with necessary pots and a fridge, bathroom and a balcony with stunning view of the sea. Plus our rooms provide free WiFi internet, television and a room locker to safe your personal belongings.
Our Studio Hotel Toroneon is located in Kallithea, three minutes away from Kallitheas Bus station. Also the hotel is located 100m away from village’s central crossroad on the road towards Kriopigi.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smešteni smo bili u četvorokrevetnom studio u prizemlju, koji je pored dva francuska ležaja imao i dodatni singl ležaj, i studio je zaista veliki i ima prostora. Čisto i uredno, petog dana je kompletno očišćen, zamenjena posteljina i peškiri. Terasa studia je ogromna i ima pogled na more. Vlasnica Kristina ljubazna, predusetljiva i tu je za bilo koji zahtev. Neke od zamerki je to što je kupatilo zaista malo, na terasi zbog sunca koje greje od jutarnjih ranih sati pa sve do kasnih popodnevnih, pored suncobrana koji postoji, potrebna je i veća tenda, takodje bolje rešenje su komarnici umesto fiksne žaluzine. Lokacija odlična svaki sadžaj je blizu. Sve u svemu vrlo dobar smeštaj i odlično iskustvo.
