The accommodation is situated in a great location, although in Kalithea, almost everyone has to walk up and down the hill. Kristina is wonderful. She welcomed us warmly. A very pleasant and kind girl who will always go out of her way to assist you. As for the room itself, to be honest, it is quite small. We had a small cooking appliance, where only one tiny burner was functioning. The beds are rather old and uncomfortable. Regarding cleanliness, everything is tidy. Halfway through our stay, towels and bed linens were changed, which is quite satisfactory.

First, I would like to mention that the owner is exceptionally kind and pleasant towards guests, and the overall relationship and communication with her are truly remarkable. The accommodation is well-located, close to the beach and various amenities. However, if you arrive by car, you will not be able to stop in front of the accommodation to unload your things, as the entrance is on a very steep and narrow street, which is bordered by walls and fences on both sides. For some reason, the locals have no patience for even a minute while you unload your items from the trunk; they immediately start shouting and causing a scene. Regarding the studio itself, my wife and I stayed in studio number 9. The furniture is from the 90s, which is perfectly acceptable considering that the accommodation was among the cheapest options when we booked, and that was our expectation. Our studio is actually for three people, with two beds – one double and one single. However, the double bed is so small and narrow that two people of average build cannot comfortably lie next to each other; perhaps it is more suited for an adult and a child. I am 1.96 m tall and had to curl up and twist to fit into it. The bed itself is very uncomfortable, as are the pillows, to the extent that after just two nights I experienced back pain upon waking. In the end, my wife slept in the other bed so that we could both get some semblance of normal sleep. The bathroom is very small, but that is not the issue; the shower is so tiny that you cannot turn around without touching the shower curtain, which is best lifted and not touched. None of this would be such a problem if the air conditioning did not smell unbearably from the very first moment, and that odor is so strong that the entire studio constantly reeked of it from the first to the last day. Without air conditioning, it is impossible to sleep at night in August, and after just two nights, our throats started to itch and provoke coughing, and all the items we brought were washed twice in the washing machine at home to try to eliminate that smell. I would also like to add that although our reservation stated that check-out was at 12 PM, at 11:05 AM we were informed by the owner that check-out was actually at 11 AM, and that Nikana was notified about this, but due to an error, it still states 12 PM, so we were asked to leave as soon as possible. Trash bags were taken out of the room every day, and on the third day, the linens and towels were changed, although honestly, aside from the unbearable smell of the air conditioning, everything else was negligible. This is our third summer vacation with Nikana, and the first two were exceptional, so we do not intend to change agencies, but this accommodation definitely did not meet our basic expectations regarding a proper bed for sleeping, a normal shower cabin, and clean air.

We were accommodated in a spacious four-person studio on the ground floor, which, in addition to two French beds, also had an extra single bed. The studio is indeed large and offers ample space. It was clean and tidy, and on the fifth day, it was thoroughly cleaned, with fresh linens and towels provided. The studio's terrace is vast and offers a beautiful view of the sea. The owner, Kristina, is kind, attentive, and always available for any request. Some of the complaints include the fact that the bathroom is quite small, and on the terrace, due to the sun shining from early morning until late afternoon, in addition to the existing umbrella, a larger awning is needed. Also, a better solution would be to use screens instead of fixed blinds. The location is excellent, with all amenities nearby. Overall, a very good accommodation and a wonderful experience.

The property is situated in an excellent location on a quiet street, directly across from the road leading to the beach, and is close to shops, restaurants, and promenades. The rooms are tidy, cleaned regularly, and the linens are changed every three days. Kristina, the hostess, is very kind and will assist you in quickly resolving any issues you may encounter.

During our stay, a strong wind was blowing, causing the villa to resonate with the whistling of the wind, which was quite bothersome.

Humble and minimalist, this place yearns for truly simple investments that would significantly enhance its quality. The terrace has far too few clothespins, laundry hanging down onto the apartment below, the air conditioning rattles so we decided not to use it out of consideration for ourselves and our neighbors. Privacy on the terrace is nonexistent, and the torn umbrella I eventually removed. The safe cannot be locked (I don’t need a safe), but the wardrobe doors prevent it from closing. The bathroom lacks ventilation, WiFi exists but is impractical for anyone planning to work while at the sea. Other issues are evident from the photographs, and I do not complain about them (the size of the bathroom, the kitchen's lack of equipment). The beach is nearby, but keep in mind the significant vertical difference.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The host, Kristina, was friendly and eager to answer all our questions, providing us with a wealth of useful information regarding local attractions, dining options, and the beach. The spacious lobby served as a comfortable area where we spent time during the rain that fell throughout our stay. In terms of location, the accommodation is conveniently situated near the center and is not far from the beach, which lies just below the main road.

Parking - parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, in the surrounding streets. Extremely courteous staff.

The foyer is beautifully decorated, and the apartment is clean and tidy, featuring a spacious terrace. It is a perfectly acceptable apartment for a summer holiday, and I would recommend it to anyone.

The Toroneon studio is situated in an excellent location. Everything is literally at your fingertips: the beach, restaurants, and shops. The only issue might be parking for those arriving with their own vehicles. The landlady, Kristina, is extremely kind and willing to accommodate. At least, that was my experience. I would point out one more drawback, which is the shower cabin. It’s not about its size, but rather the shower curtain, which is slightly larger than the cabin, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Overall, I am satisfied with the accommodation.

What every apartment should have is Torineon.

An excellent location, close to the beach and the center. The studio for three people is small, yet highly functional. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The place is regularly cleaned, and towels and bed linens are changed every three days. The terrace offers a side view of the sea and is spacious enough. We stayed here at the beginning of September with a small child, and it was wonderful. A minor drawback: insufficient workspace in the kitchen (there are none).

A small, cramped studio in an excellent location right by the road to the beach. The kitchen is poorly equipped with utensils, and the bathroom is very small with inadequate ventilation. The room was clean upon arrival on the first day, but there is no cleaning service or self-cleaning option. The landlady is kind and willing to replace towels and garbage bags.
