Our description

Lemonis Panagiotis Apartments consists of two buildings located in a large enclosed courtyard with a lawn suitable for children’s play. It is situated in a quiet environment, but very close to the center of Nea Skioni, so all contents are easily accessible. Since it’s in the first row to the sea, it has direct access to the beach, and guests can use free deck chairs and umbrellas, as well as a shower in the yard. The apartments are in good condition, maintained and clean, and most of them have a sea view (direct or partial).

The closest store, bakery and restaurant are about 500m away in the city center.

In the first building, near the sea, there is one apartment on the ground floor, the largest of all (65m2), with direct sea view, for a maximum of five persons, and a maisonette (1st and 2nd floor), for five people.

The other apartments for 2-4 persons are in the second, larger building. Six apartments (45m2) are on the front side (towards the sea), and two smaller (35m2) are on the back side (towards the street).

Apartments have internet, air conditioning, TV and a terrace with awning and a tumble dryer. Apartments on the front side have mosquito nets in addition. A baby cot is available upon request when booking, and you can aks for a hairdryer from the owner on-site. The largest apartment (65m2) has a large stove in the kitchen, while the others have a mini-stove with oven. That apartment and six apartments on the front side of the second building have a large refrigerator with freezer, while in the two apartments on the back side there are small refrigerators with a freezer. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain, apart from two apartments which have only tiles.

The maisonette has a living room, four bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms (one on each level).

The replacement of towels and bed linen is performed after 3-4 days, and the hygiene of the apartments is maintained by the guests themselves. Laundry service is available free of charge.

The beach in front of the accommodation is semi-private, with small pebbles and sand, and in the water there are rounded stones.

Parking is located next to the property.

Our apartments are located in the wonderful Nea Skioni in Halkidiki, where the deep blue of the sea blends seamlessly with the clear sunny sky, captivating you in a magical paradise. Join us this summer and treat yourself with the unforgettable holiday you deserve.

Our complex is located in front of the sea, in a peaceful and calm place, suitable for a family vacation. The apartments are big (40m2), sunny, airy and have mosquito nets. Every apartment has two separate rooms (a kitchen with a living room and a bedroom), spacious bathroom, a large balcony and most of the apartments have a view to the open sea. All the apartments have direct access to our beach, they’re fully furnished and have an equipped kitchen, A/C and appliances including a refrigerator and a television.

There’s one apartment (65m2) in front of the sea, with a direct sea view for 4+1 persons It’s fully equipped, with a hairdryer, electric stove with oven and iron.

Also, we have one fully equipped 2-level house (maisonette 140m2) ) in front of the sea, with a kitchen, two bathrooms (one on each floor), four bedrooms (two double and two single beds) and a lounge.

In addition, free and reliable wireless internet is provided with wide coverage. Finally, we provide sunbeds to our costumers, umbrellas and bicycles for shopping in the local market.

By visiting our place, you can enjoy swimming in the sea, sunbathing, enjoying the view of the sea and the port, or exercising by walking and running. In the end, everyone can relax in Loutra thermal spa, at 6km Lemonis Panagiotis Apartments.
