Owners description
New House (ΑΜΑ:00001886475) is a newly built family house that received its first guests in June 2023. It is located in a small place on the west coast of Kassandra, Nea Skioni, 130m away from the pier and the sea, while the nearest beach is 300m away. Near the accommodation, there is a market, cafes and restaurants.
By its structure, this house is a three-bedroom apartment and can host a maximum of eight adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people. One of the bedrooms has a corner, designed to be a work space, equipped with a desk and a chair as well as a pad for a laptop.
Within this accommodation, there are also two modern bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine.
Setting high standards in equipment, and making your stay pleasant and unforgettable, the hosts of this accommodation have made an effort to bring you the best memories, taking care of every detail in this modernly equipped and, above all, comfortable and functional accommodation.
The living room, like every bedroom, has an independent cooling unit. This accommodation offers its guests free WiFi, a flat-screen Android TV, two hairdryers, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a sandwich maker, toaster, chopper and dishes that are also intended for preparing more demanding meals.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, overlooking the yard, on the furnished balcony, or in the yard preparing a barbecue with family or friends, while your kids can have fun on the swings that are an integral part of the yard.
The stay of pets in this accommodation is not allowed, and upon request, within the price, it is possible to add a baby cot.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves.
A parking space of limited dimensions is provided for guests of the accommodation and is intended for the parking of smaller cars.
New House is at a distance of 101 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
