Panorama Fanari Studios & Apartments is the accommodation in Fanari, at only 400m from the sea and 700m from Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia. We offer 11 fully equipped studios and apartments for 2-6 people.
Double studios (30-40m2) have a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning, separate water heating system, refrigerator, bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a magical view. Their maximum capacity is four people.
Apartments (65m2) have an equipped kitchen, satellite TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning, heating, refrigerator, two bathrooms with a shower and a large terrace with a beautiful view of the city of Lixouri. They are suitable for families and accommodate 4-5 people (in some cases even six) in two separate rooms.
Family apartment (90m2) is located on the top floor. It consists of three bedrooms and has a large kitchen with a living room, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WiFi internet, refrigerator, two bathrooms with a shower, washing machine and a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Argostoli bay and sunsets. It accommodates 4-6 people.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
