Pernari Apartments is the accommodation on the south-west side of the island, at Spartia, just 10km from the capital of the island Argostoli and just 1km from the Klimatsias beach. A few kilometres further, there are amazing Blue Flag beaches like Ammes, Ai Helis, Abythos, Trapesaki, Lourdas, Makrys and Platys Gialos.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

If the distance to the beach is acceptable for you then this is a verry nice place! I never saw in Greece a place arranged with so much taste, but still traditional! Probably they had a designer! The apartment is big and euiped with almost everything! If they add real wine glasses then it would be perfect (suggestion comes beacuse they have wine rack inside). Really had a good time here! Big Thanks!
