Dendrolivano Studios and Apartments is the accommodation in a peaceful location in Minies, less than 2km from the airport. Minies is just a 10-minute drive from Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, while the nearest beach is only 250m away.

For us, the holidays are sacred. Being aware of the hardships of modern-day life and the demands it has on each person, we have designed each of our apartments and studios, as well as the Hotel’s overall environment, according to certain Greek values, such as hospitality, simplicity and tradition. Our hotel is designed with modern tools to give a modern environment.

Hotel Dendrolivano is located on the southwest part of Kefalonia, on a large complex separated into the North and South Wings. It consists of two large, distinct wings of apartments and studios, the North Wing – part of which is also The Bungalow, promising to provide a calm and independent stay even to the most discerning visitor, in case he wishes this kind of holiday and the South.

Our hotel is made up of eight apartments, eight studios and a separate bungalow.

Designed with simplicity and characterized by a décor of a warm, earthy colour palette and a few modern touches of olive green, our apartments and studios accommodate 2, 3 or 4 beds – with the capacity of one additional bed in all rooms.

Our priority is cleanliness and freshness for relaxing sleep and a pleasant stay. Hotel Dendrolivano’s breakfast service is part of our overarching philosophy. Every morning, outside your door, you will find a basket with a different combination of savoury and sweet flavours, based on fresh local products (the breakfast basket).

North wing consists of four double studios (with the capacity to accommodate one more person), two triple studios, two quadruple family apartments (with the capacity to accommodate two more people) and one bungalow.

The south wing consists of eight double studios (with the capacity to accommodate one more person).

Please inform us upon reservation: pets allowed, choice of smoking or non-smoking.

Except for providing our adult friends with bicycles, we also have bicycles for our younger friends, provided they are above the age of six.

The apartments, the studios and the bungalow are cleaned every third day of your stay. Towels and sheets are changed every third day of your stay as well.

Bungalow: For those looking for exclusivity, independence and extra privacy in their holidays, the bungalow is the ideal choice. It's located in the premium area of our hotel. It is the most appropriate space for those who wish to have independence and exclusivity. Surrounded by trees, it promises to provide you with as much tranquillity as you may need during your holidays.
