Description
Matafia's House is situated in the village of Kalamitsi, on the island of Lefkada, in a peaceful, green area, also close to taverns, cafes, and mini-markets in the village, at a distance of 200 and 300 meters.
It is a magnificent stone villa built in the mid-20th century, recently renovated using the finest materials, with great attention to detail. It consists of one apartment and one maisonette that can be rented separately or together.
The apartment is located on the upper floor with a lovely, private veranda and can accommodate from two to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa that can be turned into two bunk beds, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It features a Smart TV, air conditioning, and free wireless internet.
The maisonette is on two levels and can accommodate from five to eight people (two families, three couples, or a group of friends). On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa that can be turned into a double bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and another bathroom. Of course, there are two Smart TVs, air conditioning, and free wireless internet.
From the top floor of the maisonette, as well as from the apartment, you can enjoy a stunning view of the village and the endless blue of the Ionian Sea. A barbecue is available in the yard. Additionally, your children can have fun using our private playground. Parking for your car is available 150 meters from the villa.
Kalamitsi is a picturesque village, with taverns, cafes, mini-markets, and is close to the best beaches in Lefkada (seven minutes by car to Katizma Beach, 10 minutes from Kavalikefta, Megali Petra, and Avali Beaches, and about 25 minutes from Porto Katsiki).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
