Accommodation description

The Portego Tis Anatolis Apartments are located in Nea Peramos, close to the sandy beach. Modest apartments surrounded by a spacious green garden are available for guests. Breakfast can also be arranged on site. Parking is provided.

The accommodation is situated 600m from the center of Nea Peramos, at the very end of the town, above the main road, in the second row from the sea. The villa is about 50m away from the beach.

The complex was built in 2008 and consists of three buildings. There are 12 quadruple apartments available, distributed on the ground floor and the first floor. Each of the three buildings (A, B, C) houses four apartments.

The apartments feature one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two children in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, kettle, and a small refrigerator. Frying is not allowed. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a curtain. The bedroom leads to a small terrace, while a larger one with seating area is located at the entrance or accessible from the living room (apartments on the first floor). Guests can request an iron and hairdryer at the reception. All apartments have internet, air conditioning, and TV.

Cleaning, as well as towel and linen replacement, is done every three days.

The yard is large and full of greenery. In the front part, there is a restaurant and bar with a dining area where breakfast is served, as well as an outdoor area with seating sets in the shade, where breakfast is also served. There is also an outdoor shower in the yard.

There is a private parking lot with enough space for all guests of the accommodation. Pets are not allowed.

Heading from the center of Nea Peramos towards Amolofi Beach through the main street, you will see Villa To Portego at the exit of the town, on the right side of the road.

Very modestly equipped. Our terrace was unusable until 11 a.m. because of the sun. Wi-Fi was poor. The air conditioner was the bright spot of the accommodation.

Adults are considered to be persons older than 10 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
