Owners description
Gianna's Studios is the accommodation in Nikiana, a seaside village on the east part of the island, 8km from the picturesque Lefkas and 6km from the cosmopolitan Nidri. It consists of four apartments for 2-5 people, with a breathtaking view of the Ionian sea.
Located on the Nikiana beach, it's ideal for families, for new couples and seniors who wish to spend their vacation on the beautiful Lefkada island.
The bus stop is in front of the house, and within 50m you will find a bakery, supermarket, taverns and a pharmacy. The beach is sandy with pebbles and you can comfortably admire the view of the Ionian at all times from the courtyard equipped with an outside shower and wooden tables with chairs.
Gianna's Studios promise warm hospitality in a clean, modern and tidy environment that will certainly give the best impressions!
Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Toliko je lepo da već četiri godine letujemo u Gianna-i. Domaćini divni, higijena na visokom nivou, sve je u blizini a opet ste izdvojeni od gužve i imate privatnu plažu za sebe. Sve preporuke.
