Hotel Description

Villa Almi is located on a semi-private pebble beach (smooth stones and easy access) in Nikiana, approximately 100m from the center. Guests are offered private parking and complimentary wireless internet.

The nearest store and bakery are situated 150m away.

There are three studios for two to three people and one apartment for four people available. The double studio (20m2) features one double bed and the possibility of adding an auxiliary bed with a slightly thinner mattress, two triple studios (25m2) have one double and one single bed, with the option of adding an extra bed to one of them, while the four-bed apartment (50m2) includes one double and two single beds.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with WiFi, TV, bathroom, mosquito nets, terrace (ground floor studios have a veranda), and a kitchen (studios come with a stove with two burners and a small refrigerator, while the apartment has a stove and a large refrigerator).

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.

Guests have access to private parking included in the price.

The owner lives in the villa and is available to guests for any information or assistance.

The villa is situated right on the beach, allowing for Wi-Fi access even by the shore. The terrace offers a beautiful view, and everything is nearby, located in a tranquil area.

The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
