Our description
Almi Villa is located on the almost private rocky-pebble beach (round stones and gentle access) in Nikiana, about 100m from the center. It offers private parking, free WiFi internet.
Villa has three studios for 2-3 people and one apartment for four people. One double studio (20m2) has one double bed and the possibility of adding a metal auxiliary bed with a slightly thinner mattress, two triple studios (25m2) have one double and a single bed, with the possibility of adding the auxiliary bed in one of them, while the quadruple apartment (50m2) has one double and two single beds.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, WiFi internet, bathroom, mosquito nets, terrace (studios on the ground floor have a veranda) and a kitchen (the studios it is equipped with two hot plates and a small fridge, and the apartment has a stove and a large fridge). Cleaning is performed every day, and bed linen and towels are replaced after 3-4 nights, depending on the length of stay.
The owner lives in the villa and she's available for any information and possible assistance.
After entering Nikiana turn left to the marina and drive for another 100m. Before the restaurant Pantazis, take a right into the non-asphalt road and after 30m turn left onto the villa's parking.
Almi Villa is a great choice for everyone in search of good beachfront accommodation, with almost private beach, without the the crowd and noise.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 150m away.

Owners description
Our magnificent villa has an outstanding view. It consists of three studios and one four-bedroom apartment, fully equipped with all the facilities, that a visitor needs for his vacation (A/C, TV, cuisine, bathroom, private and secure parking). Truly, a modern beach house, as its distance from the sea is only 5m.
What is more, Villa Almi is near to many highly recommended destinations on Lefkada island, as the city of Lefkas (at about 9km), Nidri (9km) and of course the famous and popular beaches of Kathisma and Porto Katsiki.
The village of Nikiana, where Villa Almi is, fulfills the terms of a complete and a carefree summer vacation, due to the fact that in Nikiana there are many supermarkets, traditional fish taverns, pharmacy etc.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
