Anastasia 1 Apartment is located in Elia in Nikiti, 30m from the beach.
It is a one bedroom apartment, located on two floors - the first floor and the attic. The apartment has 65m2. The attic is not separated by a separate door. In the bedroom there is one bunk bed, in the attic there are two single beds, and one folding sofa bed in the living room intended for two people. It is intended for a total of six people - four adults and two children up to 12 years.
It is equipped with two air conditioners, Wi-Fi Internet, TV, washing machine and hair dryer.
In the kitchen, there is a large oven with four hotplates, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a shower.
It has two balconies, one overlooking the sea and the other, located at the back, facing the garden.
This apartment has a yard which guests share. Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done only upon departure and arrival of new guests, but cleaning equipment is provided and guests can clean the apartment themselves.
Pets are allowed upon prior request.
This apartment is open all year round and it is possible to enjoy the sea view during the rest of the year, not only during the summer months.
The parking space is guaranteed and is located within the accommodation.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
