Description
One of the most popular accommodations for Nea VrasnaVilla Diogenis is located across the beach, a five minute walk from the center of Nea Vrasna. It has nine accommodation units for 2-5 people. There is also a tavern within the building, so if guests decide to eat there during their vacation, the owners can offer them a better price. There is also a small garden under the vine, with a movable barbecue and outdoor furniture.
The villa was last renovated in 2015, and the accommodation units are in very good condition.
On the ground floor there are two four-bed studios, with one double bed and two bunk beds.
On the first floor there is a large apartment with two bedrooms, for up to five people. The apartment in one bedroom has a double bed, and in the other two bunk beds and one single bed. The kitchen is separate and is located in the third room, which also has a balcony door, through which you can go directly outside. The bathroom does not have a fenced shower, only tiles. There is also a studio on this floor, which is intended for a family with two small children. It has two double beds narrower than standard and a corner terrace with partial sea views.
There are five studios on the second floor. Two four-bed studios each have one double bed and two bunk beds, and two studios each have one double bed and two single beds. All four overlook the sea. The four-bed studio with a view of the mountain has one double and one single bed and a folding armchair.
All accommodation units are air conditioned and have TV and internet access.
The kitchens have a refrigerator, two or three hobs, and the apartment also has a small oven. There are no shower trays in the bathrooms, only tiles.
Bed linen is changed every five days, if guests wish. Towels are not provided and guests maintain the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves.
Parking space exists in front of and around the house.
Across the street there is a playground for children.
Umbrellas and deck chairs on the beach are available with the ordered drink.
If you're looking for accommodation on the beach, close to shops and other facilities, 10 minutes from Asprovalta, Diogenis Villa can be an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Pozdrav uzeli bi dva smeštaja za dvije porodice 2+2 2+3, apartman i studio, 22.07.-30.07. Pošto uzimamo dva smeštaja istovremeno može li šta jeftinije ako ima slobodno! Hvala!
