Villa Diogenis is located across from the beach, a five-minute walk from the center of Nea Vrasna. It offers nine accommodation units for 2-5 people. Within the property, there is also a tavern, so if guests decide to dine there during their vacation, the owners can offer them a more favorable price. There is also a small courtyard under the grapevine, with a portable barbecue and seating area.

The villa was last renovated in 2015, and the accommodation units are in very good condition.

On the ground floor, there are two quadruple studios, each with a double bed and two bunk beds.

On the first floor, there is a large apartment with two bedrooms, for up to five people. The apartment has a double bed in one bedroom, and two bunk beds and a single bed in the other. The kitchen is separate and located in a third room with balcony doors, through which one can go directly outside. The bathroom does not have a shower cabin, only tiles. This floor also has a studio, designed for a family with two small children. It has two double beds, narrower than standard, and a corner terrace with a partial sea view.

On the second floor, there are five studios. One quadruple studio has a double bed and bunk beds; another has a double bed and a narrower double bed; and two studios have a double bed and two single beds each. All four studios have sea views. The quadruple studio with a mountain view has one double bed and bunk beds.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV and internet access.

The kitchens have a refrigerator, two or three burners, and the apartment also has a small oven. The bathrooms do not have shower cabins, only tiles.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, if guests wish. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation units.

The property does not have private parking, but parking spaces are available in front of and around the house.

Across the street, there is a playground for children.

Beach umbrellas and sun loungers are available with a purchased drink on the beach.

If you are looking for accommodation on the beach, close to supermarkets and other facilities, a 10-minute drive from Asprovalta, Villa Diogenis can be an excellent choice.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
