Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 28 days prior arrival. If cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival, 25% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Nikiti Beach Mitte Studios & Apartments is a complex located in Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts, a place tucked away in the greenery of pine trees and a beautiful, long, sandy beach with turquoise water. This accommodation is 90m from the beach and 2.2km from the old part of Nikiti, which is especially romantic in the evening.
As part of this accommodation, there are rooms with a view of the courtyard or the sea, which are on the high ground floor and the first floor, and that can accommodate a maximum of four adults. All rooms have a double bed, three-bed rooms additionally have a sofa for one person, while four-bed rooms additionally have a sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
The rental of these accommodation units is on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
The air-conditioned accommodation units offer guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a minibar, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard or the sea, on the furnished balcony.
