Our description
In the small fishing village of Porto Kufo, located in the bay, known for its excellent fish restaurants, in the first row to the sea there is a rustically furnished accommodation of Kartalia Villa. As it is adorned with a beautiful large yard with a landscaped lawn like carpet, plenty of greenery with natural shade, it can be ideal for families with children.
The beach is only 10m away, and after a few minutes walk there are bars and taverns with excellent Greek food. Toroni is only 2km away from the accommodation.
Accommodation includes two triple studios and one quadruple apartment in one building and one double studio, as well as one three-bed apartment, which are actually a wooden small bungalow. All units are in the same yard.
Studios (22m2) are located on the ground floor, and they are identically equipped. They have two levels, on the lower level there is a sofa and a double bed, a corner kitchen with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, an induction hob and the necessary utensils. The bathroom is also located on the lower level, it is modernly equipped and has a shower with a curtain (tiles only). There are slightly steeper stairs leading to the gallery with a double bed, on which one should be careful. The studios have a partially fenced balcony, full of flowers overlooking the sea, and it has table and chairs.
The apartment (40m2) is located on the first floor, it is spacious and modernly decorated, and every detail is tastefully designed. The living room has a sofa bed, armchair and a narrow partition wall with a TV that visually separates the living room from the bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed and has access to a large balcony with direct sea views. The second room is physically separated and has bunk beds and a TV. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee maker, induction hob, and a counter with four bar stools. The bathroom is modernly designed, the shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a glass partition. The balcony has a table and chairs, as well as a direct sea view.
Wooden ground floor bungalow (22m2) is actually a double studio, decorated in a rustic style. It is equipped with a double bed and a sofa. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker, induction hob and the necessary utensils. In the bathroom there is only a shower, without curtain. In front there are table and chairs for sitting and enjoying a magnific sea view.
Wooden ground floor house - Wooden Maisonette is a three-bed apartment, decorated in a rustic style. It is equipped with one double bed and one bed for one person. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, a stove with two glass ceramic hotplates, and the necessary dishes. There is only a shower in the bathroom, without a curtain. In front, there is a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful sea view.
All accommodation units are air conditioned, have TV, Internet and mosquito nets. The hygiene of the accommodation is maintained by the guests themselves, and the change of towels and bed linen is done every three days by the owner.
You can also spend your time in a spacious, fenced and landscaped yard, with sea view and natural shade. Private parking is provided and is located behind the accommodation, within the yard.
When you take the main road from the direction of Neos Marmaras, you will turn right after the accommodation Diogenis which you will see on the right. You descend to the end of the street where you turn left and follow the road along the beach. After 500m turn left to get directly to Kartalia Villa.
If you are a fan of smaller places, good restaurants and crowdless beaches, this romantic place and modernly equipped Kartalia accommodation may be the right choice for you.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve preporuke za Kartalia vilu. Smeštaj je lepo sređen, u rustičnom stilu, poseduje sve što je potrebno za odmor. Vlasnica Katerina je jako ljubazna i vredna. Posteljinu i peškire je menjala na svaka 3 dana. Uz to je svaki put i prebrisala ceo apartman. Ono što me je posebno iznenadilo bilo je to što je čak oprala i sudove koji su se našli u kuhinji tada kad je ušla da menja posteljinu. Jako je kreativna i dobili smo lepe poklone na kraju, njene ručne radove. U smeštaju nas je sačekala tegla domaćeg džema a u toku letovanja nam je donela i slatko od pomorandži, kao i domaće maslinovo ulje. Potpuno sa ljubavlju vođen porodični posao, toliko različit od gomile jednoličnih, tipičnih grčkih smeštaja. Malo veća cena potpuno opravdana. Dvorište je posebna priča. Veliko je i uredno održavano iz koga se pruža prelep pogled na more. Veliki prostor za slobodnu igru dece. Ograđeno i bez opasnosti od saobraćaja. Plaža ispred smeštaja je lepa ali malo uža nego inače. Nema ležaljki i skoro nikada nema gužve. Voda je kristalno čista. Porto Koufo je malo mesto, bez gužve i buke, ali i bez ikakvih sadržaja za decu. Tako da je ovaj smeštaj idealan za one koji vole baš miran odmor.
