Elias House is located in the village of Gerakini, just outside the settlement, in a peaceful and natural environment, ideal for a calm and relaxing holiday. The accommodation is a great choice for those who want to escape the city noise and enjoy peace and nature. Its location provides additional privacy and tranquility. Gerakini is situated at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula and is an excellent base for exploring the entire region. The village is quiet and stretches along the coast for about 3 km, with a seaside promenade that is never crowded, offering a pleasant atmosphere for evening walks and relaxation, especially suitable for families with young children.

There is a studio for two people and an apartment that can accommodate up to six adults, both located on the ground floor. The studio consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and it is equipped with one double bed. The apartment includes a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room contains two single sofa beds.

A baby cot is available upon request, included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hairdryer, as well as a washing machine which is available only in the apartment. The kitchens are equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The apartment kitchen has a large oven and a stove with four burners, while the studio kitchen has a hot plate with one burner.

Guests can relax on the private veranda with seating furniture or enjoy a barbecue located in the yard. There is also a small play area for children with a swing and a slide.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units and changing of bed linen and towels are provided halfway through the stay if the stay lasts ten days or more.

The studio is beautifully arranged. It is tidy and clean. There is a lovely courtyard in front. The hosts are kind and wonderful. Unfortunately, it is far from the beach and the town center.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
