Owner description
Ilia's House is located on the Salonikiou Beach, on the northeastern coast of Sithonia (north of Ormos Panagias), offering accommodation in a beautiful garden with direct access to the beach, as well as complimentary umbrellas and sunbeds for guests.
The property features five studios on the first floor and four apartments on the ground floor.
Studios No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 are designed to accommodate up to two adults and two children under nine years of age, as they feature a narrower-than-standard French bed and bunk beds. Studio No.5 has a French bed and can accommodate two people.
Apartments No.6, 7, 8, and 9 have a French bed in the bedroom and a single or drawer bed, or a narrower-than-standard French bed in the living room with a kitchenette.
A baby cot is only available for apartments. Upon request, within the price, a baby cot is provided if up to three people with a baby are staying in the apartment. If four people with a baby are staying, the baby cot is available upon request and with a possible additional charge.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchenette with a standard refrigerator and a stove with two burners (in studios), or a large refrigerator with a freezer and a stove with four burners and a large oven (in apartments), kettle, and toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin or a shower tray without a tub with a glass partition.
On hot summer days, overlooking the sea or the garden, guests can spend their time on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating set. All accommodation units have a sea view, except for apartment No.9.
The garden is fenced and carefully maintained, featuring an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a children's playground, a gazebo with an outdoor dining area, plenty of greenery and natural shade, as well as an outdoor shower. Guests have direct access to the sandy beach from the garden, which offers complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas - two umbrellas and four sunbeds are available for apartment guests, while studio guests have access to one umbrella with two sunbeds.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Daily cleaning of the accommodation units is provided, with bed linen and towels changed every three to four days. Laundry service is available in the afternoon.
The property offers a covered private parking area in the garden.
Visits by non-guests are not allowed at this property.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobro vece, da li je studio br 5 koji je slobodan u prizemlju? Zainteresovan sam ali mi je neophodan smestaj za 2 osobe u prizemlju(posto se ja krecem u invalidskim kolicima).
