Our description

In the center of Toroni, near the beautiful sandy beach, there is a modernly equipped Maria Villa 1. Decorated in the sea style, with large balconies, from which ones some overlooks the sea, it reminds of some exotic place.

All the amenities of Toroni are near the accommodation. Only a few minutes walk is a sandy beach where are the beach bars and nearby are also shop and taverns.

In the offer are 15 studios and apartments located on the ground, first, second and third floor.

On the ground floor is one studio (no. 1 - Economy Studio in the price list) which is equipped with two double beds. Only kitchen is not renovated, while all the rest is new. The balcony overlooks the street.

On the first floor there are five studios (no. 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16) and one apartment.
Studio no. 11 (Standard Studio in the price list) has one double and three single beds. Studio no. 12 (Standard Studio in the price list) has one double bed and one folding sofa for two persons. Studion no. 13 (Junior Studio in the price list) has two double beds in the two rooms divided by the curtain. All three previously described studios have their own, separated balcony which have street and side sea view.
Studio no. 14 (Junior Studio in the price list) and studio no. 15 (Economy Studio in the price list) are next to each other (photo no. 12) and the balconies are separated by dry cane and in front is the common balcony for all villa. The both units are little bit darker than the other ones, because the only source of light are the doors and windows of the balcony. In the apartment the bedroom is separated by the sliding door and it has a double bed and a bathroom, while in the room with the kitchen are two single beds and one more bathroom. An extra bed can be added if needed. In the studio on the ground level is a double bed and on the gallery are two single beds for two children, because the mattresses are placed in front of each other (photo no. 89).
Studio no. 16 (Economy Studio in the price list) has a double and two single beds in two rooms separated by the curtain. Specificity of this studio is a kitchen that is located on the balcony, but it is covered well, so it can be used also when there is a bad weather. Balcony overlooks the building in front.

On the second floor are four studios (no. 21, 23, 25 and 26) and two apartments (no. 22 and 24).
Studio no. 21 (Standard Studio in the price list) has a double and a single bed and an extra bed can be added, if needed. Studios no. 25 and 26 (Junior Studio in the price list) are similar because they have two rooms separated by the curtain. Studio no. 25 has a double and a single bed with a possibility of adding an extra bed, while the studio no. 26 has a double and two single beds. Balcony of studio no. 21 has a side sea view, while the balconies of studios no. 25 and 26 have a sea view from afar, but they are divided by low fence (photo no. 34).
Studio no. 23 (Economy Studio in the price list) has one double and one single bed with a possibility of adding an extra bed, but here, like in studio no. 16 a kitchen is on the balcony. Balcony overlooks the building in front.
Apartment no. 22 (Grand Apartment in the price list) has a double bed in the bedroom and two singl beds in the room with the kitchen. It also has two bathrooms, one with a shower tray and a curtain and the other one with a shower cabin. Balcony overlooks the street. Apartment no. 24 (Grand Apartment in the price list) has a folding sofa and a bathroom in the bedroom separated by the sliding door, while in the room with the kitchen it has a double bed and two more physically separated rooms - in one is a shower, while the other one is a toilet. Balcony has a sea view from afar.

On the thirs floor are located two studios (no. 31 and 32), each one with a double and two single beds. Studio no. 31 (Third Floor Apartment in the price list) has a direct sea view, while the studio no. 32 (Third Floor Junior Apartment in the price list) has a side sea view. They share one very spacious balcony, so each studio has its own privacy.

All accommodation units have an air condition, TV, internet, safe, hair dryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs. Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (some junior, standard and economy suites have a small one, as well as a top floor junior suite, while the others have a large one), hot plates or induction hob, microwave, kettle and necessary cutlery. In the bathroom of some units is a shower tray with curtain, while in some is a shower with glass partition. Only in studio no. 1 on the ground floor is a bath tub with a curtain.

Maria Villa 1 doesn't have a yard, but it has a spacious common balcony with sitting sets, covered with greenery, where in the natural shade can be used a barbecue. Private parking is provided.

The same owners have a beach bar called Delouz where guests of Maria Villa 1 have 10% discount. Also, they can use SUP and bikes without charge.

The accommodation can be easily found if you are coming from the direction of Neos Marmaras and you enter Toroni from the main road, drive on the main street until you don't reach Afroditi tavern where you should turn left and after 100m you will see the accommodation on the right.

Maria Villa 1 is only a hundred meters away from the beach, and it's perfect for those who would like to enjoy the luxury and quality.

Covering an area of 25-30m2, our Junior Suites are perfect for families looking for a unique stay. These rooms have spacious balconies looking at the sea and they are ideal for up to four occupants, including two children, and they come complete with a separate bedroom and a living room with kitchen.

Comfort and simple luxury are synonymous with our Grand Suites. The suites feature a king size bed and a spacious living room with two 32'' satellite television for added enjoyment. These rooms are ideal for up to five occupants, and come complete with two bathrooms, covering an area of 40-45m2 are perfect for relaxation and most of them offering great view at the unique Toroni’s sunset. 

The chic minimal design of our Standard Suites gently blends with the shooting colors creating an environment of unpretentious refinement. Decorated in tones of pale blue they have one open plan bedroom offering an unforgettable sleeping experience ideal for small families and couples. On the ground floor of Villa Maria you will find the Blue Café. It's a very warm, hospitable place where you can enjoy, sitting on the comfortable sofas, coffee, cold draft beer and cocktails. In Blue Café will find very early in the morning the famous bougatsa, great variety of pies and several snacks throughout the entire day. Do not forget to try the delicious crepes in different flavors, made with traditional ingredients. The famous ice cream of Orea you can try, also at Blue Café in a variety of flavors. Also very famous handmade pizza made front of your eyes, from Mario with fresh ingredients and unique flavor that excites young and adults. All products and services of the Blue Café you can enjoy, on the beach of Toroni, in your sun bed in front of the wave. Blue café provides free sunbeds on the sandy beach, serving you refreshing Cocktails, salads, cold beers and more.
