Owners description
Mariannas House is located in the new part of Sarti, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, 100m from the sandy beach and 950m from the town center.
There are four studios available, situated on the first floor of the building, intended for accommodation of up to four people. Each studio contains a double bed and two single beds.
Upon request and for an additional fee, a baby cot can be provided.
Within these air-conditioned studios, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a kitchen equipped with a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove with two burners and a small oven.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the balcony furnished with seating set.
Within the fenced and beautifully landscaped yard, there are two gazebos with seating furniture.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for its hygiene during their stay, while towels and bed linen are changed every four days.
Guests can find parking space in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.
Mariannas House is located 131km away from the international airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
