If you wish to feel at home while on vacation, then Anna Apartments accommodation is perfect for you. Nestled in the peaceful part of Sikia, it will provide you with the vacation you desire. Considering that the seaside area of Sikia does not offer much in terms of amenities, accommodation in the village itself is an excellent choice for those arriving by car and wanting all amenities at their fingertips.

This is a two-story house, with the owners living on the upper floor, while the lower floor is rented out to guests. The house is located 600m away from the center of the village, where numerous shops, taverns, pharmacies, butcher shops, bakeries can be found, while the nearest beach, Sikia beach, is about 4km away. Every Saturday there is a market in the village, where fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish can be bought.

The house is situated in a small, paved courtyard. The ground floor available for rent consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The living room has a sitting area and a dining table, while each of the two bedrooms has a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and necessary utensils. The bathroom features a bathtub with a curtain, as well as a washing machine. The apartment offers guests a TV and air conditioning, and the owners have also thought about younger guests by providing a Sony PlayStation console. In the courtyard facing the street, guests have access to a table with chairs, a sun umbrella, and a clothes drying rack. The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets.

Cleaning of the apartment is done only upon guests’ request.

Guests are responsible for changing the bed linen and towels during their stay. A clean set of bed linen and towels is provided.

Guests can park their vehicle in the fenced yard.

After turning off the main road from Sarti to Sikia towards the right to the village, continue straight for about 1.8km and enter a one-way street. Proceed straight on that street for another 350m, turn right, then right into another street, then turn left, followed by a right and then left again, where you will see this house at the corner of the forked road.

Anna Apartments is an excellent choice for families primarily seeking peace, with proximity to the beach not being a priority. The friendly owner is there to make your vacation even more enjoyable.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
