Hotel Description

A&G House is located in the coastal village of Kariotes, close to Lefkada, on the eastern part of the island of Lefkada. Located in a quiet area, away from crowds and noise, it is an ideal choice for family vacations and friendly gatherings. The entire house with a spacious, beautifully landscaped yard is at your disposal, ideal as a starting point for visiting the nearby beaches and sights, and Kariotes beach is only 2 km away.

This property is on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It has a living room with a kitchen and dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.

Upon request, and within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board are at guests’ disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with two hotplates, a microwave oven, an airfrayer, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.

It has a large fenced yard, where there is a private barbecue, seating, a swing for children and where you can enjoy various activities in the fresh air.

In this accommodation, and within the price, small pets are allowed, weighing up to 5 kg.

The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done every fourth day. A cleaning service is also available for an additional fee.

A parking space for two vehicles is provided for the guests of the accommodation, in the yard of the facility.

A&G House is 3 km from Lygia Beach, 4.5 km from Agios Ioannis Beach, 5.5 km from Nikiana Beach, while the nearest international airport Preveza is 23 km from the property.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
