Pavlos Helios Villa is located in a peaceful area in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra Peninsula, 350m away from the sandy beach.

The Masoutis and Discount supermarkets are situated at a distance of 1.3km, while the famous Lemonis bakery is 450m away.

The property consists of six accommodation units, capable of hosting up to four people each, and are located on the elevated ground floor and first floor. Each apartment features a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the living room includes a sofa bed for two. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to a large veranda/balcony.

All units are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (with two ceramic hobs) and a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster (only one apartment has a large kitchen, the others have smaller ones). The bathroom is equipped with a shower without a tub and a glass partition.

On hot summer days, overlooking the courtyard, guests can spend time on the enclosed veranda or balcony furnished with seating area.

Included in the price, guests have access to the pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas by the pool, as well as a baby cot.

Pets are allowed.

Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.

Several cars can be parked in the villa’s yard, and free parking can also be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located. A public parking area is also nearby.
