The kitchens are equipped with a two-burner hob, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, and all the necessary utensils. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. Each accommodation unit has a terrace with a seating set, which is not physically separated from the others.

Cleaning is done every other day, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

The courtyard is fenced and beautifully arranged with natural shade. It features a children’s playground, sun loungers, seating sets, a communal barbecue, and private parking.
