Iliannas Villa
Accommodation Iliannas is located between the towns of Metamorfosi and Nikiti and can be an excellent choice for multiple families with children.
The nearest beach is approximately 750m away, with Nikiti being about 3.2km away.
Structured as a tri-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to ten people, the ground floor of the villa houses the living room, kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The second level comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and an additional small kitchen with a refrigerator. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The third level, in the attic, features another bedroom with its own bathroom containing a shower cabin and a double bed. Each room has access to a balcony. The bedrooms on the first and second floors also have a TV, while each room, except for the ground floor (which has a fan), is equipped with an additional air conditioning unit.
Guests also have access to WiFi, a TV in the living room, a safe, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove featuring four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, and an espresso and filter coffee machine.
The villa boasts five balconies with seating areas offering views of the yard and the sea in the distance.
In the beautifully landscaped, spacious, and well-maintained yard, guests can enjoy various amenities, including a summer kitchen with a built-in barbecue, swings and a slide for children, a seating area, and an outdoor shower.
As for parking, guests are provided with parking within the yard.
Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days. The owners can also provide a crib for a child. Pets are not allowed.
