Golden Sunrise Villa is a high quality accommodation with a sea view, that can accommodate up to two families. The villa is furnished in a very modern way, it has new furniture and everything you need for a pleasant vacation. In the courtyard there is a barbecue and a sitting area.
Golden Sunrise Villa is located 50 meters away from the Golden Beach, in the first row to the sea.
It`s a luxury villa with two maisonettes that are suitable for two families. Each maisonette consists of two bedrooms on the 1st floor. Both of them have one double bed, air-conditioner, TV and DVD player, wardrobe, shared bathroom. Furniture is new, luxurious and high-quality.
The living room is on the ground floor, and consists of large kitchen with all the appliances, folding sitting set that is used also for sleeping because it folds out. In the living room, there is also flat TV with DVD player and A/C. On the upper floor there are all bedrooms, with a double bed in each of them. There is an extra toilette downstairs. Maisonettes have their own yards in front the entrance equipped with siting set, and all bedrooms have their own terraces (with a sea and a mountain view). There is also one small private yard for each maisonette (in front of the kitchen), that has stone barbecue, big dining table, washing and dryer machine, and gas stove. The size of the maisonette is 80m2.
Towels and bed linen replacement is done after every three days, as well as a cleaning. If guests need more frequent replacement, they can take clean bed linen and towels from closet where owners put them.
The courtyard is small but nicely maintained, and it has a grassy area where children can play safely.
Private parking is provided, and it is located right in front of the maisonette.
Arriving from the direction of Limenas and mountain village of Panagia, go down using the main road towards the Golden beach, you’ll pass the hotel Aneton on the right side, then villa Nostos on the left side, and then the hotel Maria on the right side. Then 30-40 meters after the hotel Maria you’ll see a big intersection, there is a set of wooden signs of villas, hotels and signposts, turn right at the intersection, then after about 150 meters turn left, and then after about 100 meters (at the camp) turn right, pass the villas Nikolas, Kaiti, Filippidis and Afrodite, continue forward for about 50 meters and on the right side of the street you’ll see a brown-beige villa - that`s the Golden Sunrise.
The closest supermarket (where you can also buy some of the bakery products) is located in about 5 minutes walk from the property.
Golden Sunrise Villa is located on the coast, it has a private parking and wireless internet signal. It is ideal for friends (two families) who want to spend their summer holiday together in a comfortably and luxurious maisonette on the very coast.
