Toutoula Villa is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer. It is in the center of Skala Maries, just step away from the beach and supermarket. The owners are very kind and helpful. Villa offers studios on the ground and first floor with sea view.

Accommodation is located in the center of Skala Maries, 50m from city beach and 500m from the Atspas beach. The beach in front of the villa on the coast is sandy, with rocks in the first few meters in the water, then sand and shallows. Everything is available in a few steps. The next house has a butcher shop on the ground floor, the house next to it has a supermarket and then there are also taverns and a pharmacy. Promenade starts at about 20m from the accommodation.

Toutoula Studios offers five studios for rent. In the high ground, there’s one twin studio with two single beds (28m2), one triple studio (30-35m2) with three single beds and a studio (30-35m2) with two single and two bunk beds. On the first floor, there’s one studio with four single beds and another with one sofa, two single and two bunk beds. These two units have about 38m2.

The villa was renovated in 2009. All studios have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, bathroom and a terrace. All the studios are facing the sea and the gulf, but studios on the first floor have a significantly nicer view.

Cleaning is done every day, while the bed linen and towels are replaced every three days.

A small garden is situated behind the house.

On widening of the road in front of the villa, there are a few places to park, but it’s not private parking reserved for guests of Toutoula Studios. However, Skala Maries is a small town without much traffic and tourists so the parking is not a problem.

As you go uphill from the tavern Cavo D’Oro, after 40m you’ll see this villa on the left.

If you’re looking for accommodation in a small village, very close to the sea, Toutoula Studios should be considered.
