Southern Cross is located in Potos in a great location - close to the center and less crowded beach. The apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful sea view. Another advantage is private parking, which is a rarity in downtown Potos.
The small beach in front of the villa Papaikonomou is less than 100m away, while the city center is 200m away and the city beach 250m. The nearest bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and boutiques are within 100 meters of the house.
It is a duplex apartment on the second floor that can accommodate up to 7 people ( four adults and three children).
The apartment is very spacious, has 80m2, large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, TV and access to a narrow terrace overlooking the sea. The living room has two folding sofas for two or three persons, a TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a large fridge with freezer, cooker with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain, a washing machine and a hairdryer. It has two balconies, one overlooking the sea which has exit from the bedrooms and the other overlooks the courtyard and is in front of the entrance.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it has internet access, televisions, air conditioning, mosquito nets on windows and balcony doors. Three TVs are available, one 32 inches in the living room and two 24 inches in the bedrooms, all with Netflix and satellite reception. Astra 19.2, Hotbird 13.0. Fiber internet (up to 30Mbps) is available throughout the apartment.
Cleaning and replacement of linen and towels is done in agreement with the owners upon arrival at the accommodation.
In the courtyard there is a summer house and barbecue available for guests.
Parking is private and is within the yard.
As you enter Potos from Limenaria, you turn onto the first street to the right immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel. The street leads obliquely towards the sea. The Sirines Hotel is the first on the right side of that street, across from a small children’s park and Southern Cross is right next to you. There is a doctor in the same ground floor house.
Southern Cross is a great choice for those who like to feel at home in their vacation and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
