La Isla Villa is a newly built accommodation, decorated in a very modern way, in a quiet part of Golden Beach, with a fantastic view of the entire bay. Surrounded by olive groves, it offers guests complete peace and privacy, as there are only two units on offer, which can be rented out together, so two families can rent the whole house and be the only guests in it.
This accommodation is located on Golden Beach, or Scala Panagia, after which it is also known. The first market is located one kilometer from the house and the sandy beach, with a gradual depth, is 750m away.
In its offer, this building has two accommodation units - a three-bed studio (35m2) on the ground floor and a four-bed apartment (45m2) on the first floor. Both units have sea view. The triple studio consists of one double bed and a folding armchair one small child. It is equipped with a kitchen where you can find a coffee maker but also a large refrigerator. The walls are decorated with stone and even from the studio itself you can see the sea because the wall facing the sea is almost entirely in glass, due to the wide balcony door. The bathroom has a shower, without curtains.
The four-bed apartment on the first floor consists of one separate bedroom in which there is a double bed while in the living room there are two single beds. This unit has a washing machine. In the bedroom there is a window, from where you can see the bay while the living room (where the entrance to the apartment is) leads to a really large balcony with an unreal view of the sea and mountains and where there is a barbecue area, so we believe that guests of this apartment would really enjoy the moments they spend on the terrace.
These two units can be rented out together, so it can be used by two families who spend their summers together, and in that way the entire facility would be available to those visitors, so privacy is guaranteed. This is supported by the fact that there are no other accommodations in the immediate vicinity.
The guests themselves are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, and they have a clean set of towels and bed linen at their disposal, which they can replace themselves if necessary.
The yard is mostly paved, with olive trees that provide some shade and protection from the sun. Private parking is available and is provided for guests of this accommodation. The owners are very kind and want to provide their guests with an unforgettable vacation. They also have a bike rental agency, where you can rent scooters if needed.
