Nea Iraklitsa and Nea Peramos each have several smaller markets, each has Masoutis supermarket, and there is a Lidl in Nea Iraklitsa.
Kavala is a big city and there are big supermarkets from most famous Greek chains, including two markets of the Lidl chain.

The nearest open market is in Elefterupoli close to Nea Peramos and Nea Iraklitsa, which is 12-15km inland from them. The market in Kavala is on Saturdays and it is much larger and besides food, fruits and vegetables there is a large selection of clothes.

In Nea Iraklitsa and Peramos, of course, there are fish markets, butchers, bakeries, pastry shops, fast food restaurants, taverns…

It is not necessary to leave these places for supplies, because they have everything you need.
