Ermioni Elegance Hotel is a newly built complex near the beach. It is a quality accommodation, furnished in a very modern way, where most units have a view of the sea. Private parking is also available to guests.
This facility is located on Tripiti Beach itself. The first market where you can buy groceries is located about 2 km from the accommodation, towards Limenaria.
There are eight accommodation units available, namely - three two-bed rooms on the upper ground floor (25m2), one three-bed maisonette (35m2) and four four-bed maisonettes, that is, rooms on two levels (35m2).
The bed layout is quite simple. All double rooms have one queen-size double bed, while the maisonettes have two such beds, one of which is located on the ground floor and the other on the open gallery. The three-bed maisonette is the only difference, since it has one double bed and a sofa bed for one adult or two small children.
All accommodation units have a view of the sea, except for one four-bed (number 8) and three-bed maisonette, which have a view of the neighboring accommodation and the surroundings.
Given the fact that some units do not have a kitchen (in the price list, those rooms are marked as Room), the owners have provided a small refrigerator in the rooms, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine and an electric kettle, as well as basic dishes, which are available to guests. All bathrooms have a shower cabin in the form of a glass partition.
All accommodation units have air conditioning and TV set, internet access, hair dryer, mosquito nets, and a baby cot is also available, which can be obtained on request, so it should be mentioned before booking. Pets are also allowed, with prior notice. The owners provide slippers and a service washing machine is available.
There is a private parking for all guests of this accommodation.
Cleaning and changing of towels is done every day, while bed linen is changed every third day.
If you want newly built accommodation with a great location, sea view and modern units, Ermioni Elegance Hotel can be an excellent choice.
Coming from Prinos, 5km after Skala Maries, you will see Hotel Blue Dream Palace, then Tripiti bungalows and after a curve one right turn at the dirt road leading to the beach. After you turn you`ll see the mansion on the right side of the dirt road, surrounded by pine trees in a big yard.
Villa is and ideal choice for those who want a secluded accommodation on the beach.
