Nostos Studios is located in the quiet part of Limenaria. It is perfect for the families with children and groups of friends because of the spacious yard and BBQ. Parking is provided to the guests. The villa is modern and nicely decorated.

The house is located 300m from the beach and 250m from the supermarket. The center of Limenaria is 1km away.

The owners started to rent the house in 2014. They live in one part of the villa while for the online reservations are available one maisonette, eight studios and two apartments.

Ground floor (at the level of the courtyard, to which you climb down ten steps, since the courtyard is lower than the street level):

2 Bedroom Apartment, No.7 - The apartment (45m2) has three double beds and one single bed, so it can accommodate a maximum of seven people. It has two bedrooms, two kitchens, two air conditioners and two bathrooms, since it was created by merging two studios. It’s partially semi-based. Instead of a terrace, this apartment has a common sitting area that it shares with the unit next door (no.8) and overlooks the common area in the yard, where there is a barbecue. Guests of both units have their own table and chairs for sitting.

2 Bed Studio, No. 8 - The studio is about 20m2 and has one double bed in its interior. The kitchen has one hot plate and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, without a curtain. Instead of a terrace, this studio has a common sitting area that it shares with the unit next door (no. 7) and looks towards the common area in the yard, where there is a barbecue. Guests of both units have their own table and chairs.

5 Bed Apartment, No.9 - Apartment No. 9 is located on the ground floor and shares a sitting area with another unit located next door (No. 10). Guests of both units have their own table and chairs for sitting and overlook the courtyard. Apartment number 9 has a smaller area. In the living room there are two single beds and a sofa bed that can sleep one adult or two children up to nine years old. There is a double bed in the bedroom. There is a shower in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped and has a stove and a small refrigerator.

2 Bed Studio, No.10 – The studio is about 20m2 and has one double bed. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2021, and there is one hot plate available in the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, without a curtain. Guests of this accommodation unit share a sitting area with the unit next door (No. 9) and each has their own table and chairs.

First floor:

2 Bed Studio, No.1 - The studio is about 20m2 and has one double bed. The kitchen has two hotplates and a refrigerator, and the bathroom has a shower, without a curtain. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a quiet street and the surrounding area.

4 Bed Studio, No.2 - The square footage of the studio is about 20m2 and it has two joined single beds and a double bed. The kitchen has two hotplates and a small fridge, while the bathroom has a shower, without a curtain. The balcony is large and overlooks the street, which is not busy, as well as the surrounding area.

3 Bed Studio, No.3 – This studio is smaller and its square footage is about 18m2. It has one double bed, as well as one single. There are two hotplates in the kitchen and the bathroom has a shower, without a curtain. Like the other studios on this floor, the balcony is spacious and overlooks the low-traffic street and the surrounding area.

2 Bed Studio, No.4 - Also located on the first floor, it has a terrace and a view of a low-traffic street. It has an area of 16m2 and two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and stove, while the bathroom has a shower.

4 Bed Studio, No.5 – This studio has two single beds and two sofas There are two hotplates available in the kitchen, as well as a small refrigerator, and the bathroom has a shower, without a curtain. The terrace of this studio overlooks the alley and the surrounding area.

2 Bed Studio, No.6 - There is one French bed in the studio, and the area of this unit is about 18m2. The kitchen has two hotplates and a small fridge, and the bathroom has a shower, without a curtain. The balcony is spacious and overlooks the parking lot and the surrounding area.

All units on the first floor have smaller bathrooms, which have not been renovated.

Second floor:

3 Bedroom Apartment, Two-level - The maisonette is located on the top, second floor and therefore has a partial view of the sea. On the lower floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two children, an equipped kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator and a kettle. This room leads to two terraces. One faces the sea, while the other faces the other side and offers a beautiful view of the mountain. On the lower floor there is one bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, which is reached by a narrow spiral staircase, there are two more bedrooms. One has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. This room has a slightly lower door. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub. The beds in the maisonette are wooden. The maisonette has an area of about 100m2.
Cleaning and the change of bed linen and towels are being done every five days.

The yard is spacious and green with tables, chairs and BBQ.

Next to the house there is a private parking space, which is not fenced.

Coming from Prinos turn left on the crossroad when you see the sign for the Hotel Discovery. Continue driving straight, uphill, and turn left again after 80m. Keep driving uphill and you will see the villa from the right side of the road.

Nostos is a good choice for the families that are looking for the accommodation in the quiet area, close to the beach.
