Pefkari House
Pefkari House is located in Pefkari, close to the beach and it is great choice for bigger companies or two families. It has very nice location in the quiet place.
City beach is less than 100 meters away as well as the restaurants and mini markets. Potos is only 1km away while 100 meters across the street is big market Masoutis.
It consists of 2 separate studios which are for renting to one big family or big company. It has 70m2.
The capacity of the accommodation is for 7 persons, from which one studio is for 4, and the other one is for 3. They are physically separated.
A quadruple studio has 4 single beds, two in one and two in the other area/room. Rooms are not separated by the door, but only with the passage. One of the rooms has a toilet access, while from the other is the way to the kitchen, which is not separate with the door. From the kitchen is access to the bathroom with the shower cabin.
There is one A/C.
A triple bed studio has 3 single beds and two of them are in one bedroom which is not separated by the door from the passage that leads to the kitchen. In this passage, there is one single bed (smaller than standard), and access to the bathroom. At the end of this passage is a sliding door that can make this area separated from the kitchen. In the kitchen, from pictures, you can see a washing machine but it is not in use, while all the other things are usable. The fridge is big and it has a freezer. Each room has garden access.
The accommodation has not TV and internet access. Barbecue is not allowed because of the pine trees that are around and because of the risk of fire.
Guests are doing a cleaning by themselves.
The yard is paved and there are table and chairs for sitting.
There is a parking space for two cars inside the yard.
When you are coming from Limenaria direction, you will see the accommodation on the right side of the main road from the direction of Limenaria. It is the first accommodation after you pass the first turning to Pefkari.

Kuca idealna za 6-7 osoba. Nameštaj je malo skromniji ali ima svega (osim mikrotalasne i rerne) ali prezivesmo bez tih 10 dana😂 Dva kupatila, 3 wc su zaista prednost kada idu 6 osoba kao mi. Veliko dvorište samo za nas. I pored 2 kola koje smo parkirali u dvorištu bilo je mesta za igranje. Mana - ulaz sa strane ulice ali da biste išli na plažu ili u Potos pešaka ima kapija sa Druge strane. Plaža u Pefkariju je lepa, s tim sto u vodi(barem nama su bile obavezne)cipele za vodu i uglavnom smo bili u Potosu ili drugim plažama. Odmah pored smeštaja ima više prodavnica i restorana. Smeštaj je sa pogledom na more, prelepo! Tv nema kao sto piše u opisu ali ima interneta a piše da nema. Gazda ljubazan.

Hi, We need the price for accommodation for a period of 10 nights in the period from 5 August to the end of August. We need accommodation for 4 adults and 3 children. Children are, 11, 7 and 2 years old. The youngest sleeps in baby cot, and she doesn't need bed.. Please, send us an offer for the best accommodation option in the mail.
