On the west coast of Thassos, right next to the sea and 1km from the center of Skala Kallirachi, there is Avgoustos Beach House. In the past, these houses were used by fishermen, but now they have been renovated and are an ideal choice for romantics and those who like to wake up to the sound of the sea.

This studio is located on the ground floor and contains a double bed and two single beds, so its maximum capacity is four people.

Air conditioning, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, a kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, two hotplates, a kettle and a coffee maker are at guests’ disposal. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

Guests can enjoy a direct view of the blue sea on the veranda equipped with a seating set. An outdoor shower is also available.

The beach is right in front of the accommodation, a few steps away. There are stones at the entrance to the sea, and then sand. The owners made a sandy passage to the sea, where the shallows with a sandy bottom begin. Four sunbeds and an umbrella are available for use.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, the guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the studio. Final cleaning, which is mandatory for all reservations, is charged €40. During the stay, it is possible to pay 10€ for additional cleaning. Guests receive clean set of bed linen and towels after three days.

The accommodation can be rented throughout the year because there is a fireplace for heating in the winter.

Guests can park their vehicle at the back of the building, next to the road.

If you like privacy on vacation, proximity to the sea, beautiful sunsets, listening to the sound of waves from your room, Avgoustos Beach House is an excellent choice. The distance from the nearest airport in Kavala is 48km - it includes transportation by ferry on the route Limenas-Keramoti.
