Arsinoi Stone Houses is located in the entrance of Limenaria. In a green and quiet environment, there are beautiful stone houses, that are on a sufficiently large distance one from another that offers privacy and tranquility. Houses are equipped with modern and quality furniture, they are very clean and great choice for holiday.

It’s about 1,5km away from the center of Limenaria and about 200m away from the beach which is partially sandy and partially rocky.

Complex consists of eight separated buildings.

The houses are of different sizes and consist of one or two areas. Most of them are overlooking the sea.

The houses have a combination of ethno and modern furniture. The furniture is high quality and new. Houses have from 40-60m2.

One type of houses consists of one room with two single beds and one sofa for a child and kitchen. Veranda has a nice view of the sea. There’s a fireplace in the living room.

Two houses have separate rooms in which are two single beds and two sofas.

There are two buildings in two levels (maisonettes) with kitchen, bathroom and living room with two sofas and and extra bed on the ground floor and a bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom upstairs. Only maisonettes have a small oven.

Most of the bungalows have a fireplace within the living room, all have their own barbecue and a faucet, as well as kiosk for eating, resting and enjoying in the shade. All bungalows have mosquito nets on the doors and windows.

Since the walls are made of stone, internet signal in the interior is quite bad, but it’s great on the terraces and in the yard.

Cleaning, replacement of linen and towels is done every three days.

Garden is huge, full of flowers and olive trees. In front of every house there is also part for sitting and enjoying.

The villa also has space for parking.

When you get to Iris Gold turn left and start going uphill. After a few meters you will see a dirt road on the right, that will take you to this accommodation.

If you’re looking for peace, a heavenly setting, olive shade, privacy and a real holiday, bungalows Arsinoi are an excellent choice. In addition, simply because they’re settled in the south of the island they’re a great base for touring the island.
