Ionian Villas is located on the western coast of Lefkada, 2.7 kilometers from Kalamitsi and 3.2 kilometers from the beach. The view of the Ionian Sea, private pools, and carefully arranged outdoor areas allow guests to enjoy their holiday at their own pace, whether by the pool, on one of the nearby beaches, or exploring the island. Surrounded by nature and away from heavier tourist traffic, the accommodation is especially suitable for families and groups of friends who want more privacy, comfort, and space for shared moments.

The accommodation consists of two villas with identical layout and equipment, structured as maisonettes spread across a raised ground floor and the first floor. To reach the entrance of each villa, seven steps must be climbed, while the levels are connected by internal stairs. On the raised ground floor, there is a living room connected to the kitchen and one bathroom, while the first floor houses two separate bedrooms and another bathroom, separating the rest area from the common living space. Each villa is designed for up to four adults and two children. Both bedrooms have one double bed and one single bed.

For stays with young children, a baby cot can be provided upon request and with a daily surcharge, making travel easier for parents and contributing to a more practical family holiday.

To maintain a pleasant temperature during the stay, both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners, while WiFi and satellite TV allow relaxation with favorite content. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with four heating zones and a large oven, providing good conditions for regular meal preparation. A large refrigerator with freezer offers ample storage space, and a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle are also available. A washing machine and hair dryer add convenience, especially for longer stays.

Balconies offer views of the Ionian Sea, the pool, and surrounding greenery, creating a pleasant space for relaxation and enjoyment of the western Lefkada landscape. Each villa has its own pool, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxation during warm summer days. The fenced and carefully arranged yard, with stone terraces, Mediterranean plants, and decorative greenery, creates a pleasant atmosphere for all-day outdoor living. Guests also have access to seating sets, a private barbecue, and an outdoor shower, making the villa’s surroundings suitable for swimming, shared meals, and socializing.

Pets are allowed upon request and free of charge, so guests can bring their companions along.

Cleaning of the villas, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is carried out every three days, ensuring a tidier and more pleasant stay with fewer obligations during the holiday. For all reservations, a mandatory surcharge for final cleaning applies.

Guests arriving with their own vehicle have access to private parking within the accommodation, with space for up to six cars, making arrival and daily trips to beaches and nearby places easier.

Kalamitsi is a traditional village in the mountainous part of western Lefkada, known for its calmer atmosphere, stone houses, old churches, and views from the surrounding slopes towards the Ionian Sea. Shops, taverns, and basic amenities needed during a holiday are available in the village, while at its foot lie the beaches of Kavalikefta, Megali Petra, and Avali. They are characterized by light pebbles, striking rocks, and distinctive turquoise shades of the sea, with a narrow and winding road leading to the coast, making a car necessary for easier access. Nearby is the popular Kathisma Beach, with organized sections, restaurants, and bars, as well as Agios Nikitas, suitable for evening walks and enjoying local taverns. The location on the western side of the island allows visits to some of Lefkada’s most famous beaches, while sunsets further enhance the experience of this part of the island. The accommodation is about 43 kilometers from the international airport in Preveza.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 41 days prior arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
