Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Savvas Studios is located in a peaceful setting near the village of Lefkimmi, in the south of Corfu island, and is an ideal choice for those who wish to explore this part of the island. Situated away from the city noise, the accommodation offers a tranquil atmosphere and a spacious yard, perfect for relaxing in silence. Although the location is quiet, the popular resort of Kavos is close by for those seeking nightlife, while the surrounding area features many beautiful, lesser-known beaches, ideal for discovering and enjoying natural beauty.
The property offers studios for two or three people, as well as an apartment that can accommodate up to four guests. The double and triple studios have a kitchenette and a bathroom. They are equipped with two or three standard single beds, respectively. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds.
A baby cot is available on request and is included in the price.
