The villa is tastefully furnished and provides an ideal base for discovering new destinations every day, whether exploring the city’s landmarks and lively streets or taking a trip to one of the well-known resorts of Halkidiki. The nearest beach is 37 km away, making this accommodation particularly suitable for guests who wish to spend their holiday exploring and discovering different parts of Northern Greece.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the property and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the living room.

A baby cot is available upon request and with prior notice at the time of booking. Its use is included in the accommodation price, making the stay even more convenient for families with young children.

Guests have access to air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the living room, as well as WiFi and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped for preparing a variety of meals and includes four ceramic hobs, a large oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer, while additional appliances include a kettle and a coffee maker. For added convenience during the stay, the apartment also features a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Guests staying in the apartment have access to a veranda with outdoor seating, providing a pleasant spot for morning coffee, a break during the day or relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. The owners provide replacement sets of towels every three days, while replacement bed linen is provided every four days. Guests change the bed linen and towels themselves according to their needs.

A private parking area with a limited number of spaces is available within the property’s grounds, providing convenient parking for guests during their stay.

Deposit of 33% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 33% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
