Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

The Aretsou Place Apartment is located in the quiet area of Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. Today, Kalamaria is one of the most beautiful parts of the city and has a very nice marina, well-kept streets, a nice promenade, a small square, and a park by the sea. This part of the city is known for its numerous restaurants and cafes.
The apartment is located on the first floor, in a building with an elevator, and can accommodate a maximum of six people. It consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the other bedroom there is a sofa for one person and a drawer bed. The living room has a sofa for two people.
On request and within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, satellite TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
Guests can spend pleasant summer days and evenings on the balcony, which is equipped with seating. Each room has an exit to the balcony.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.
