The Aretsou Place Apartment is located in the tranquil area of Kalamaria, in Thessaloniki. Kalamaria is considered one of the most beautiful parts of the city today. It features a lovely marina, well-kept streets, a beautiful promenade, a small square, a seaside park, and is also known for its numerous restaurants and clubs.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator, and can accommodate up to six people. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a single sofa bed and a pull-out bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
