Lena’s House is a clean and comfortable accommodation located in Neos Marmaras, one of the most beautiful towns on the Sithonia peninsula. Thanks to its location, it can be an excellent choice for those who want to explore the entire peninsula, as many beaches and interesting destinations are easily accessible. The town beach in Neos Marmaras is sandy, with a gradual depth, shallow water, and natural shade – ideal for families and relaxation. The town itself has the charm of a true seaside place, with taverns, a seaside promenade, and a marina full of yachts and boats. Built on hilly terrain, the town has a unique appearance, offering a stunning view from the shore of the cascading houses in vivid, summery colors.

The offer includes double and quadruple studios located on the second floor. Each consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The double studio has a double bed. One of the quadruple studios features a double bed, a sofa for one person, and a fold-out armchair; another has a double bed and a sofa for two; while the third has a double bed and bunk beds.

This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free WiFi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette equipped for preparing light meals, with two hotplates and a large fridge with a freezer. Some units also include a small single hotplate, a toaster, a kettle, and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Each unit has a private balcony with a seating set, ideal for relaxing with a beautiful view of the sea or mountains.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean unit and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, including changing bed linen and towels, which are provided by the owner every five days.

There is no private parking, but a free parking spot can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Lena’s House is 32 km from Vourvourou and 20 km from Nikiti. Some of the nearest beaches on Sithonia – Destenika and Tristinika – are 18 and 20 km away, respectively. The nearest airport, Thessaloniki’s Macedonia Airport, is 108 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
