This accommodation offers apartments arranged on the ground floor, high ground floor and first floor, designed for a maximum of five adults, depending on the type of unit. The smaller apartments have a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, so they are suitable for couples, small families or guests who prefer a simpler summer stay. They are designed for a maximum of three adults and one child up to five years old, who can sleep in the parents’ bed. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.

The larger apartments have a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, making them a more practical choice for larger families or smaller groups. They are designed to accommodate a maximum of five adults and one child up to five years old, who can sleep with their parents. The bedroom has two single beds, while the living room has two single beds joined together. If necessary, an extra bed can be added to the accommodation, providing additional sleeping space.

Most units have a two-ring hotplate and a refrigerator, while one smaller and one larger apartment each have a small three-ring stove and a small oven. In the smaller apartments, the refrigerator has a small freezer compartment, while the larger apartments have a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The outdoor space varies by unit type. Smaller apartments have a balcony, while larger apartments have a veranda on the ground floor, which gives guests additional space to spend time outside. The view is mainly directed towards the courtyard, while one of the smaller apartments on the first floor has a view of the sea in the distance. Guests also have access to a shared, fenced and landscaped yard with a well-maintained lawn, shade and an outdoor shower. There are also swings for children in the yard, which can be a practical convenience for families during their summer stay.

Pets are not allowed at this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the apartment according to their habits and needs. For stays of ten nights or longer, a clean set of bed linen and towels is provided every five days, and guests change them themselves. Additional cleaning during their stay is not provided.

One parking space is provided for larger apartments, while guests of smaller apartments can use parking spaces on the street, depending on current availability in the area.

Due to its location between Nea Moudania and Nikiti, Psakoudia is also suitable for guests who plan to visit Sithonia, its beaches, green areas and surrounding towns. The combination of a sandy coast, a relaxed atmosphere and a good position in Halkidiki makes it a good choice for a leisurely holiday, with the possibility of easily supplementing the holiday with shorter excursions and exploring the surroundings. The accommodation is about 73 km from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 25 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
