Vista Del Mare Luxury Villa is a comfortable accommodation, tidy and beautifully decorated, ideal for two families who wish to spend their vacation together. It is located in a quiet area, away from the noise, providing a true pleasure for those who want to enjoy their holiday in a small town.
This villa is situated in Kinira, just a few minutes’ walk (300m) from the beach. Nearby, within less than a kilometer, you will find Paradise beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island. The nearest market is 750m away.
The house (110m2) features two separate bedrooms with a double bed in each, a small room with two bunk beds, two bathrooms, a very comfortable living room with a sofa bed for two, and a large, fully equipped kitchen including a stove with an oven. The living room is equipped with two air conditioners and a TV. Internet is also provided, along with a washing machine.
Bed linen is changed once a week, and towels twice a week.
The house boasts a fantastic sea view from the veranda, where you can enjoy with your family or friends. The yard is beautifully landscaped, full of flowers and greenery, enhancing the overall appearance of the villa. Guests have access to a private parking area.
Coming from Limenas, 600m after passing the Maranton Hotel, you will see Villa Beti. Continue straight ahead for a few more meters, then turn left onto the street where you will soon spot this accommodation.
